Privacy

The Short Version

This website has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, and no analytics or advertising trackers. We don't sell or share personal data. The live demo stores what you do in it only for as long as your session is active. SGC-Bio itself runs on your own infrastructure, and your data never reaches us.

Who We Are

SGCX is not yet incorporated. Until it is, this website and the demo are operated by SGCX's founder as an individual. Questions about this policy go to contact@sgcx.org.

This Website

We don't collect personal information through sgcx.org. Like any website, the server and its hosting provider record standard request information — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time — which is used only to operate and secure the site.

Two third parties are involved in serving pages:

• Google Fonts: Our typefaces are loaded from Google, so your browser sends Google your IP address when you visit. See Google's privacy policy.
• jsDelivr: Some pages of the library documentation load a math-rendering library from the jsDelivr content network, which sees your IP address in the same way.

The Live Demo

The demo at bio.demo.sgcx.org requires no sign-up and asks for no personal information. Starting it creates a temporary, randomly named account for your visit, identified by a sign-in token kept in your browser's local storage.

• In the sandbox, the datasets you add and the analyses you run are kept only while you're using it, and are deleted automatically after a period of inactivity.
• The leadership view is a shared, read-only example; you can view it but not change it.
• The demo is for evaluation only. Please don't upload confidential, personal, or patient data to it.

SGC-Bio Deployments

SGC-Bio is installed on infrastructure you control. Your data, analyses, and audit trails stay there. The software does not send usage data, telemetry, or analysis content to SGCX, and license checks happen offline.

Email

If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can reply and follow up. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your address. Ask us to delete it at any time.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
