Scope

These terms cover your use of sgcx.org, its documentation, and the live demo at bio.demo.sgcx.org. SGCX is not yet incorporated; until it is, the site and demo are provided by SGCX's founder as an individual. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Open-Source Libraries

PyStatistics and PyStatsBio are released under the MIT License. Your use of them is governed by that license, not by these terms.

SGC-Bio

Use of SGC-Bio in your own organization is governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on this site is an offer of a license; prices and design-partner terms described here are confirmed in that agreement.

The Live Demo

• The demo is for evaluating SGC-Bio. It is not for production work or for decisions with regulatory or clinical consequences.
• Don't upload confidential, personal, or patient data.
• Sandbox data is temporary and may be deleted at any time, including automatically after inactivity.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the demo, access other visitors' sessions, or use it to run workloads unrelated to evaluating the product.

No Warranty

The site, documentation, and demo are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Statistical results shown on this site or produced in the demo should be independently verified before you rely on them.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SGCX and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, documentation, or demo.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
