Analyses execute as structured, queued background jobs, so results are reproducible and your team gets them without managing the queue, scheduler, or compute orchestration themselves.

Everyday analyses run instantly on CPU — the default, and your authoritative result of record. When you're screening thousands of compounds or biomarkers at once, SGC-Bio can optionally put your CUDA GPU to work: a fast pass that turns an hour-long batch fit into seconds and surfaces the candidates worth a closer look — which you then confirm on CPU. Optional add-on; requires a CUDA GPU; built for high-throughput batch work.

SGC-Bio's statistical capabilities come from PyStatsBio, our open-source biotech statistics library. Power analysis, dose-response modeling, diagnostic accuracy, pharmacokinetics — all free, all open source, forever.
